SEND stands for special educational needs and disability.
We hope that the Local Offer, introduced by the government Green Paper in 2011, will provide you with, and help you to understand, information that can support families with children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND). This document is written in conjunction with the South East Framework and answers 14 questions that enable you as parents and carers to make decisions about how best to support your children’s needs.
Our Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCO) is Mrs Annie Porter, who can be contacted via the School Office.
