Mr Thorne Does Phonics - A Youtube channel, featuring Geraldine The Giraffe, to help you learn your phonics.

Parts of Speech - A word class analylser, which helps identify parts of speech.

Spag.com - An online homework site, which supports the full range of spelling, punctuation and grammar taught at primary school. 

Spelling Frame - practise or test yourselves on the Key Stage 1 and 2 spelling rules and words from the word lists.

Statutory word lists for:  Years 1 & 23 & 4 and 5 & 6.

Corbett Maths - This site has a range of practice questions and worksheets as well as explanatory videos on a number of maths topics.

Math Antics - A Youtube channel dedicated to 10 minute or so videos explaining different maths concepts in a visual way.

Math Is Fun - A useful online mathematics encyclopaedia with a good search function and a lot of visual explanations.  A lot of the pages have ‘your turn’ links to double check understanding.  Please note that this is designed for the US curriculum but it contains a lot of helpful information.

Maths Frame - practise your maths fluency with these fun games.  See your class teacher for the username and password.

My Maths - An online maths homework site, which has useful online lessons, homework activities and games.  All of the place value help can be found below.  It also has a search function to find particular concepts.

Timestables.com - By the end of Year 4, all children need to know their timestables from 1x1 to 12x12;  this resource uses 5 different ways to help children learn them.  It also has games to play.  Great for the Year 4 timestables check.

Top Marks - lots of great maths games;  separated into 3-5 years, 5-7 years and 7-11 years.

Ultimate Maths Orgniser (opens a .pdf document) - Great for Year 5 or 6 children.  Clicking on each picture will call up SATs questions for that particular area.  It also contains past SATs papers for extra practise!
